I’m a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and I have years of professional and personal experience navigating the challenges of people-pleasing tendencies, perfectionism, and burnout. With some humor and lots of compassion, we’ll work together to build skills and tap into your strengths and self-awareness to create meaningful, lasting change.
